Regrettably, Amani London is unable to accept returns or offer refunds, since all designs are individually and personally made.

Due to nature, our luxury roses are just as fragile as their fresh counterparts. We have in certain circumstances encased the Rose (products) with card to protect it in transit, To remove simply slip the bow off the glass dome and remove the glass dome and simply slip the protective card off the rose, then replace the glass cover over the rose, other smaller items might also have this protection too, all other items will come with either bubble wrap or foam to protect during transit, the message card will be included in the box.
Minor cracks on rose petals are inevitable. It’s possible to have rose petals fall off if they aren’t handled with care. However, it rarely happens.
Each Rose under goes tests to ensure that the product is secure and will arrive in perfect condition, we photograph each one before it is packed.
In the event your order has been damaged during its journey, please email info@amanilondon.co.uk to report the issue within 24 hours. We kindly request that you send photograph(s) of the damage to your order; along with your order details (order confirmation number, date of order and your full name and address and contact details).
Please be advised that Amani London are not liable for the rose and or glass through mis-handling or accidental damage.
If we decide to offer you a refund or replacement then you will have to return the item to us recorded delivery in the same packaging at your own cost, please note this must be using a track and trace service. Once received we will issue a full refund including the original delivery cost that we have paid.
Domestic shipping UK Mainland Only:
Orders are dispatched next day delivery using DPD provided we receive your order by 10am.
Any orders placed on Fridays, Weekends, postal & Public Holidays will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday if its a Bank Holiday
If you provide us with your mobile phone number you will be updated with the time of delivery from DPD.
